3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-working product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images or videos showing the issue for verification.
  • After inspection, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

  • The product must be shipped back within the given timeframe.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative or refund will be offered.

7. Warranty (If Applicable)

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
